Taco Salad

This is a fresh and delicious meal full of vegetables and protein. You know what the best part is? It's a one-dish meal!

Taco Salad

Ingredients: 

1 package of grass-fed organic beef

1 onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp chili powder

3 tsp cumin

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp red chilli peppers

salt and pepper to taste

2-3 tomatoes, chopped

1 bag of baby lettuce

2 cucumbers, chopped

chives

shredded cheddar cheese or chèvre

salsa

sour cream

corn tortilla chips

Make It:

Brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic. When the meat is fully cooked, add all of the spices and a small amount of water to create a saucy mix.

While the meat is cooking, prepare all the veggies and chives in a large bowl. 

Add the beef once cooked, garnish with cheese, tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream.
